The Bread Bag is the perfect storage of bread for the staunchest sourdough bread maker. When you put the sourdough bread in a plastic bag the bread crust becomes soft and doughy. In the bread bag, it keeps its crunchy crust. The bag is beautiful both for serving and storage. It´s made in unwashed linen, at its first wash it will gain its lovely coarse washed linen feeling. The bag is sewn to after wash fit half a normal large levain, it shrinks about 5-10%. Ribbon is made of eco-cotton.
